TENANCY AGREEMENTS

If a tenant hasn’t received their 2019 tenancy agreement please contact the secretary at the above email address.

Those tenants who had not returned their tenancy agreement by the end of September have now forfeited their tenancy.

If they wish to keep their plot then either contact the secretary at the above email address for a new tenancy agreement or collect a tenancy agreement from their site rep.

As agreed at the 2019 AGM – a £10 charge to cover admin charges is to be made to the WAA via Lloyds Bank by all tenants who had not returned their t.a. by the end of September.

There are tenants who have not informed the secretary of a new email address. If this applies to you please update your records by contacting the secretary as updated details speed up communications and cuts down on admin costs.

Filled in Tenancy agreements should be returned to the post boxes on each site asap.

Community Plot and Orchard at Lakeside
Through the excellent organisation of Lyn Jones, a band of volunteer tenants have re sited the Community Shed onto Plot 61 and furnished it AND have begun the development of a Community Orchard. Well done to all concerned

PLEASE READ YOUR NOTICE BOARDS to find out details of your rent for next year AND date of the AGM .
The notice board will be the main form of communication for tenants as we are trying to cut down on paper and postage costs.
